Apple Activation, A Success
by admin on Jun.27, 2009, under Apps
After some simple step by step processes, the software development kit is now running the iPhone 3.0 simulator and finally able to test the apps on the new 3.0 devices (iPhone and iPod Touch). Once tweaking some settings on the individual apps that were developed under 2.2.1 SDK, they are also now running and fully testable on the devices.
As of this point, our first 3 apps are considered passed the Code/Build/Unit Testing phase and into the first phase of User Acceptance Testing. We’ve got some changes to make already to sounds, buttons and other user interface elements such as icons, etc.
All in all, this is a great success and we are on the way to a healthy portfolio in the App store!

Today we received the approval from the iPhone Developer program at Apple and have signed the agreement. Its official! Our activation takes 24 hours, and then the first 3 apps will be submitted to the App store by close of business Friday! You can expect to see the apps by CaramelApps.com appearing the in App store by sometime mid-late next week!
Get ready for a busy summer, because with this happening we are now ready to push out the apps like prom night dumpster babies!
Sound engineering for Sardines
by admin on Jun.22, 2009, under Apps
The third app is ready to go, minus some sound engineering. A little house organ and drums will go great for background music. The mp3 production wrapped up today and it will be coded into the app as background music - provided it can be coded to loop across all screens. Screenshots to come!
